United Concrete Products is seeking a Junior Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or early-career engineer looking to build hands-on experience in precast concrete design. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will assist with conceptual and detailed design calculations and analyses on a variety of precast products, with an emphasis on Retaining Walls . You will also collaborate with other engineering staff to help prepare detailed drawings (for submission for approval and for shop production) that conform to contract specifications and drawings. This role offers mentorship, on-the-job training, and a clear path for professional growth.
