As an Architect, you will lead the development of architectural concepts, oversee construction processes, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver inspiring spaces that blend functionality with aesthetic excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape diverse projects, from renovation and interior design to new construction, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques to bring ideas to life. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed drawings and visualizations. Manage project schedules meticulously, ensuring timely delivery of design phases and construction milestones while coordinating with clients and contractors. Prepare accurate construction estimates and budgets by conducting thorough construction estimating and budgeting activities. Oversee construction management processes, including site visits, progress monitoring, quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Lead contract negotiations with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to secure favorable terms while maintaining strong professional relationships. Utilize project management tools like NavisWorks and Bluebeam for coordination, clash detection, document review, and communication across teams. Facilitate business development efforts by preparing proposals, presenting design concepts confidently, and expanding client relationships through exceptional service. Draft detailed plans for renovation projects and interior designs that meet client specifications while optimizing space utilization. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects involving construction management and interior architecture to ensure seamless integration of all elements. Qualifications Proven experience in architecture or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including renovation, interior design, or new construction. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhino 3D (including Grasshopper), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, NavisWorks, Bluebeam, and CAD programs. Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques combined with excellent project management skills. Experience in construction estimating, budgeting, contract negotiations, and construction management processes. Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, contracts law related to architecture projects, and construction procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members while demonstrating negotiation skills for project scope adjustments or vendor agreements. Familiarity with interior design principles and experience working on renovation or remodeling projects is highly desirable.
