As an Entry Level Designer, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and project managers to develop innovative design solutions, produce detailed construction drawings, and contribute to a variety of projects ranging from renovations to new builds. Responsibilities Assist in creating detailed construction drawings, construction documentation, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit and Lumion. Support project teams with scheduling tasks, including project timelines and deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow. Develop visual presentations, renderings, and graphic materials using Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, and other graphic design tools. Contribute to building information modeling (BIM) processes to enhance project coordination and accuracy. Conduct building code analysis and ensure compliance with construction accessibility regulations and building code standards. Assist in the preparation of construction detail documentation and review construction drawings for accuracy and clarity. Skills Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp for 3D modeling and drafting. Knowledge of construction regulatory compliance including accessibility standards and building code analysis. Ability to produce high-quality renderings and visualizations that communicate design intent effectively. Excellent communication skills for negotiation with clients and team members during business development activities.
