The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality structural drawings and BIM models using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards. This is a full-time, in-office position from Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit based on engineering markups and specifications. Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure drawings meet project requirements and deadlines. Interpret structural design concepts and translate them into accurate documentation. Manage drawing revisions and updates in a timely manner. Maintain Revit families and templates in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of building systems. Support QA/QC processes by reviewing drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree or technical diploma in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in structural drafting using Revit. Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit; experience with AutoCAD is a plus. Knowledge of structural systems, construction methods, and detailing. Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings. Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
