Job Description

Stofft Cooney Architects is currently seeking an experienced project manager that can join our team. We're a growing, highly collaborative award-winning firm with a progressive, upbeat culture looking for a go getter to help us to the next level. Candidates should be self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking to hire for our Naples, FL office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work on multiple projects
  • Participation in the design process
  • Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings
  • Development and production of schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Monitor progress of all construction phases
  • Correspondence with clients, vendors, consultants, etc.
  • Coordination with consultants in a timely manner
  • Responsible for project schedule
  • Build and maintain client relations
  • Assist with construction administration
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal Communication and Design Skills Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills Minimum 5 years Experience and Proficient with, AutoCAD and/or Revit Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited school 5 years minimum architectural required experience in the US Eligible to work in US Knowledge of building envelope design and detailing
