Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Design Tech to inspect residential and commercial properties, diagnose structural foundation and concrete issues, and design custom repair solutions. You will serve as the connection between our technical repair methods and our clients, conducting on-site evaluations, creating precise proposals, and educating property owners on the best paths forward.

Key Responsibilities Field Assessments:

Perform comprehensive on-site inspections of foundations, crawl spaces, slabs, and retaining walls to identify settlement, concrete cracking, pooling water, or structural failure.

Solution Design:

Measure properties, run elevation surveys, and develop customized repair plans including helical piers, push piers, SmartJacks, CleanSpace encapsulation, polyurethane foam lifting, and concrete joint sealing.

Proposal & Sales:

Draft accurate estimates, present technical repair options clearly to homeowners or project managers, and close sales contracts.

Project Coordination:

Hand off detailed project specifications, site drawings, and job notes to the production and crew installation teams.

Customer Education:

Walk clients through structural and concrete findings with transparency, answering technical questions and building long-term trust. Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in construction, foundation repair, concrete leveling, CAD design, or home inspection (field sales experience is a plus). Ability to read blueprints, perform elevation measurements, and draw accurate field sketches. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to explain technical concepts simply. Comfortable working in varied environments, including crawl spaces, outdoors, and active job sites in all weather conditions. Valid driver's license, reliable personal transportation, and a clean driving record.

$100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
