Full-Time About the Role A leading national architecture and engineering firm is seeking a hands-on BIM Support Specialist to support multi-discipline design teams. This role serves as the primary technical subject matter expert for digital design tools, focusing on Revit model management, drafting standards enforcement, workflow automation, and tier-one BIM troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for architecture and engineering teams using Revit and AutoCAD. Manage, maintain, and audit Revit central models, templates, and project worksets to ensure data consistency and performance. Partner with the IT department to resolve BIM/CAD helpdesk tickets and assist with software upgrades and deployments. Develop automation routines using Dynamo and other scripting tools to eliminate repetitive tasks and increase project team efficiency. Implement and uphold company-wide CAD/BIM modeling standards across regional offices. Evaluate and support the adoption of emerging design technologies, including Autodesk Forma. Qualifications 3+ years of production experience in architectural or engineering drafting and design. Strong working knowledge of Revit model management, administration, and AutoCAD standards. 1+ years of experience with Autodesk Forma. Practical experience using Dynamo for task automation is a strong plus. Prior experience diagnosing software errors, managing templates, and providing direct user support. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
