No One to Ten years' experience in Design., in commercial construction, with Autodesk Revit is required. Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited school. The successful candidate must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, and Autodesk software, and will be responsible for space planning, site planning, elevation design, detailing, and renderings. The candidate must be able to assist preparation of architectural plans, presentation materials and other drafting tasks while supervising and collaborating with other team members. Experience working with other trades for coordination of drawings. Ability to read and understand different trade drawings and detect conflicts. Assure that the quality of design and drafting is accurate and complete. Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously. Verbal and written communication skills. Self-Starter and shows initiative. Self-driven.

Key Objectives:

Develop knowledge of Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe programs. Establish and maintain working relationships with co-workers. Ability to independently create standard details required for a project under guidance of supervisor. Work includes, but is not limited to, K-12 Schools, Government, and Commercial Buildings.
