Qualifications and responsibilities for this Architectural Draftsperson position include: Approximately 3-5 years of commercial architectural drafting experience preferred Produce construction documents from established designs, independently developing documents from the design development phase Prepare and review construction documents for compliance with applicable codes and regulations Assist with acquiring building permits from the authority having jurisdiction Coordinate construction documents with architects, engineers, and consultants Organize and manage multiple deadline-driven projects Proficient in Revit (required) and AutoCAD (required) Knowledge of contemporary commercial construction materials and methods
Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
