We are currently seeking talented K -12 Project Architects t o join our dynamic team in both our Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Des Moines, Iowa, Minneapolis, Minnesota and Madison, Wisconsin studios. The ideal candidate will have an architectural degree and 8+ years experience, with a primary career focus in K-12 education. O ur open studio environment and collaborative approach to architecture requires that you work well with others and consistently build strong relationships with teammates and clients. The right person will be able to efficiently and effectively lead the project team from design through project completion in a predominately autonomous fashion. Experience and related skills shall include an advanced knowledge of the K-12 market in Business Development and Client Relations, Pre-Bond Services and Funding Options, Programming, Planning and Design, applicable Building and Life Safety Codes, all phases of Construction Document delivery and Construction Administration.
