Nevada, IA What You'll Do Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and General Arrangement (GA) drawings Design facility layouts, equipment placement, material flow, access, and clearances Integrate material handling equipment into facility and site layouts Coordinate designs with engineers, customers, and project teams Review designs for safety, constructability, code compliance, and cost Support customer meetings, technical reviews, RFIs, and project coordination Establish and improve facility design standards and drawing practices Mentor and train junior designers Manage design scope, schedules, and budgets on assigned projects Support projects from initial award through procurement, construction, and startup Qualifications 6+ years of facility, plant, industrial, or site design experience Experience in grain handling, bulk material handling, or industrial facilities Strong Revit experience Associate's degree or higher in drafting, design, engineering technology, or a related field Strong understanding of facility layout, equipment arrangement, and constructability Experience mentoring other designers Experience managing project scope, schedules, and budgets Willingness to travel approximately 15% Preferred Experience with Autodesk Inventor Experience with Navisworks or Autodesk Construction Cloud Experience with point clouds, laser scanning, or scan-to-BIM Equipment commissioning or startup experience Knowledge of OSHA, MSHA, IBC, IFC, and NFPA requirements
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
