Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with a passion for high-end residential design. In this role, you will: Conceptualize and design stunning exterior and interior residential spaces. Create detailed construction documentation for remodeling projects. Produce high-quality graphic presentations, floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and design drawings . Utilize both hand and computerized rendering techniques to effectively communicate design concepts. Analyze sketches, notes, and site surveys to complete accurate drawings and space planning. Secure client approval on plans and elevations through compelling presentations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong understanding of functional design principles, including architecture, interior design, lighting design, material selections, color theory, and fine details. Proficiency in Chief Architect is a significant advantage . Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate the fast-paced nature of the sales process. Keen eye for design and attention to detail. 5+ years of experience in high-end exterior and interior residential design. Proficiency in producing floor plans, schematic designs, elevations, renderings, and photorealistic color renderings and walkthroughs. Advanced experience with 2D and 3D software/technologies for creating detailed photorealistic renderings. Ability to create artistic illustrations within tight timelines, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills to convey architectural concepts to diverse clientele. Strong sense of proportion and scale in design presentations. General knowledge of reproducing and detailing material textures by hand and in Photoshop.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university. Licensing not required, though progress with IDP is preferred. Advanced knowledge of architectural design software, including Chief Architect, REVIT, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Microsoft Office, 3DStudioMax, SketchUp, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
