Role Highlights:
Work closely with clients to learn their objectives, budget, and specific design requirements for their project Shape cost‑effective, community‑centered solutions with experienced staff review and input Produce Revit‑based construction documents which clearly outline the scope of work and dig into the details Coordinate with engineers, designers, and construction professionals Ensure code compliance from local and state-wide jurisdictions Conduct site observations to ensure adherence to the construction documents. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture 3-5 years of professional, related experience Proficiency in Revit Strong oral and written communication skills Architectural license preferred; reimbursement available for passing licensure exams English proficiency required Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
