Job Description

Job description The Architectural Draftsman role involves creating detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD software, working within a small specialized team. This position offers opportunities for growth into roles such as Project Manager or Corporate Account Manager. The draftsman reports directly to the Senior Architect and Project Manager and collaborates closely to ensure design accuracy and code compliance, with limited travel to client sites. Responsibilities Produce technical architectural drawings using AutoCAD Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes and regulations Collaborate with architects and project managers on design development Maintain and manage project documentation and revisions Support project management activities and client interactions Coordinate revisions and updates based on feedback Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in architectural drafting Associate degree in Architecture or a related field Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Architecture degree Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting techniques Good understanding of building codes and technical drawing standards Experience in project coordination and collaboration Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and problem-solving skills

This is a full-time, in-person position with standard benefits package.
