Our primary focus is designing custom residences for individual homeowners, as well as semi-custom and production designs for local builders. We are seeking an Architect with 5-10 years of experience in all phases of residential design and construction documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities include:

Conceptual sketching of new residential designs Production of schematic and detailed working drawings Development of Construction Documents Production of presentation materials and/or renderings Requirements include: Minimum 5 years' experience in residential architecture Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Architecture Proficient in AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture Experience with SketchupPro Experience with Adobe Design Suite Detail Oriented Strong work ethic and ability to work independently

Qualifications:

Knowledge of construction methods and processes Candidate must be able to successfully manage multiple residential projects simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with exceptional time management skills Candidate must have great interpersonal communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with colleagues and clients Must excel in conceptual planning skills, strive for high quality and innovative design solutions and show initiative in problem solving Qualified candidate should submit a cover letter, resume, and small portfolio and/or work samples in PDF format.
