Job Description

Mougeot Architecture is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Intern to join our growing design team. This position is ideal for someone who wants to be involved in more than just one phase of a project. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects from early design and visualization through construction documents and construction administration, while working closely with experienced architects, consultants, and clients. Our work includes a diverse range of educational, civic, commercial, and municipal projects throughout Louisiana. We value thoughtful design, collaboration, strong technical work, and giving team members opportunities to grow professionally. What You'll Do As part of our team, you will: Collaborate with architects and project teams during all phases of design and construction Assist with conceptual design, space planning, and design development Develop drawings and construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Create presentation graphics, renderings, and other visual materials Participate in project meetings and consultant coordination Assist with construction administration and field observations Develop physical and digital models to communicate design ideas Gain hands-on experience with the complete architectural process, from initial concept through project completion What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: A professional or master's degree in architecture Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Experience with graphic presentation software Strong communication and organizational skills The ability to collaborate effectively as part of a project team An interest in design, detailing, and the technical aspects of architecture 3D modeling and rendering capabilities are a plus A desire to grow professionally and pursue architectural licensure Why Join Mougeot Architecture?
