Responsibilities Develop comprehensive architectural schematics, construction details, and technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD and other CAD software tools such as Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and SolidWorks. Create detailed 3D CAD models for visualization, analysis, and presentation purposes. Prepare building information modeling (BIM) data to facilitate integrated project workflows. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant building codes, standards, and client specifications through thorough building code analysis. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to translate conceptual designs into precise construction documents. Assist in the development of schematic diagrams and system designs for various architectural components. Support construction detail documentation by providing accurate drafting that facilitates on-site implementation. Utilize graphic design skills to enhance presentation materials and technical illustrations. Review design iterations for accuracy and consistency across all documentation. Maintain organized digital files of drawings and models for easy access during project lifecycle phases. Requirements Proven experience in architectural drafting with proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, Rhinoceros 3D, Grasshopper 3D, SketchUp, 3ds Max, SolidWorks is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of construction detail documentation and building code compliance standards. Hands-on experience with building information modeling (BIM) tools for integrated project delivery. Skilled in 3D CAD modeling for visualization and engineering purposes. Ability to interpret architectural schematics and translate them into precise technical drawings. Experience in construction projects or related fields providing practical insight into building processes. Excellent understanding of engineering CAD design principles applicable to mechanical systems or interior layouts is a plus. Proficiency in CAD software for drafting, system design, graphic illustration, and 2D animation as needed. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all deliverables.
