Well known and reputable Architectural Millwork Shop located just outside Boston is seeking an experienced draftsperson. Ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have broad understanding of the commercial millwork industry and a full understanding of the AWI Quality and Design Standards. Ideally, the candidate should have 5+ years of experience in the commercial architectural millwork environment. Cabinet Vision experience a plus. Skills:

5+ yrs experience in custom commercial architectural millwork Ability to read and interpret construction documents Experienced in AutoCad 2025 / 2026 Proficiency in computers/Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel Fabrication and installation knowledge a plus Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills Ability to conceptualize and understand design intent. Familiarity with shop drawings and submittal processes. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task and manage deadlines
