Responsibilities and Duties Revit Family Creation Revit Template Creation Building Information Model Authoring on Projects Deliver a project's BIM from inception to completion. Training and Support Qualifications and Skills:

Associates Degree or greater in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent 3-5+ years of experience in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Industry Expertise in Revit Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment Existing conditions documentation. Permit & zoning analysis. Design development providing detailed drawings, schedules and specifications.

For local traveling to our offices and job sites.

Extremely helpful:

Coding experience and Revit API Knowledge Highly resourceful problem solver and quick learner Concise communication skills, verbal and written Millwork & cabinetry - design and ordering Knowledge of all aspects of residential construction of design standards. Knowledge of construction means and methods. Construction supervisor's license.
