Architectural Designer / Project Architect We're looking for a talented and motivated Architectural Designer or Project Architect with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable taking ownership of their work, enjoys collaboration, and is passionate about creating high-quality design and documentation.

Qualifications:

3 to 5+ years of professional experience in architecture. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited program. Proficiency in Revit is required. Familiarity with other industry-standard tools including Microsoft Office Suite. Solid understanding of building codes, construction standards, and design documentation. Strong interest in quality control, drawing standards, and office efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Work on a variety of projects across different scales and complexities. Independently manage design and technical tasks using standard architectural practices and tools. Coordinate closely with internal team members, consultants, and other disciplines. Solve problems using sound judgment and seek guidance for complex or unusual issues. Assist Project Managers in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and documentation standards. Contribute to drawing production and ensure documentation aligns with current codes and regulations. Travel occasionally to project sites as needed.
