What You'll Do Take real ownership of your work — from preliminary planning through construction documents and administration. Be part of a team where people genuinely enjoy working together. Qualifications NAAB-accredited degree and 3-5+ years of experience. Someone who genuinely enjoys drafting and takes pride in getting the details right. Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Enscape or Lumion. Solid grasp of building and accessibility codes, applied under real deadlines. A self-starter with real drive and initiative who enjoys collaborating as part of a team and communicates with clarity and confidence. Ready to show and talk about your talents — come prepared to walk us through your work. Valid driver's license for occasional site visits and authorization to work in the U.S. This is a fully in-office role in Ozark, MO — not a remote or hybrid position; must be willing to relocate if not already local.
