This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead creative projects from concept through construction, collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional architectural solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping spaces that inspire and serve communities, utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques to ensure precision, efficiency, and excellence at every stage. Duties Develop comprehensive architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce detailed plans and visualizations. Collaborate closely with clients to understand project goals, translating their visions into functional and aesthetic designs. Prepare accurate project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all phases from initial concept to construction completion. Draft detailed construction documents, including technical drawings, specifications, and contract details that meet all regulatory standards. Coordinate with project managers and contractors to oversee project progress, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Review contracts and manage procurement processes related to architectural components and construction materials. Conduct site visits during construction phases to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure design integrity. Experience Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across residential, commercial, or institutional sectors. Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential; experience with SketchUp, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable. Solid understanding of project scheduling techniques and construction processes from initial planning through project closeout. Knowledge of drafting standards, building codes, zoning laws, and contract management practices related to architecture. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
