Job Description

Peacock Architects•We're looking for a full-time Architectural Designer to join our team! At least two (2) years of experience using Revit in a professional setting is required. We are searching for design professional(s) who can bring to the team an analytical, problem solving mindset, looking to produce creative solutions to achieve project and client goals. We design beyond our clients dreams, and are looking for professional(s) who can produce innovative and visionary designs. Designer(s) must be familiar with architectural standards, engineering practices, building ordinances and blueprints in order to communicate effectively with co-workers and produce accurate drawings for the clients. You must also be able to balance technical skills and creative aptitude in a fast-paced environment. Architectural Designer(s) are to be fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture, be able to perform analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts. You will serve as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and the clients satisfaction. And you will actively manage client budgets, schedules, and programs, including project communications and documentation. We'd love to have you join our team in North Carolina!
