What You'll Do Translate design concepts into clear, coordinated, buildable solutions Lead and produce high-quality Revit-based construction document sets Contribute to site planning, building layouts, and massing studies Create 3D models and compelling visualizations using SketchUp, Enscape, or Lumion Coordinate closely with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, civil) Support permitting and agency submissions, including responses to review comments Take ownership of deadlines while working across multiple projects What We're Looking For Required Experience & Skills 3+ years of professional experience in an architecture firm Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch preferred) Strong proficiency in Revit (required) Experience with SketchUp and rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion Solid understanding of construction documentation and detailing Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Clear, confident communicator who takes ownership of their work Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Matthews, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Support for professional development and licensure.
