Qualifications:

Current ARRT (R) certification required Additional advanced ARRT (CT) credentials preferred Valid and unrestricted state license as required for imaging professionals Minimum of one year's experience as a CT Tech or in a related imaging role Proficiency with CT and X-Ray equipment and imaging software Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality patient care Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare teams Current BLS certification

Responsibilities:

Perform CT and X-Ray procedures according to physician orders and established protocols Ensure proper patient positioning and shielding for accurate and safe imaging Review and interpret imaging orders for appropriate protocol selection Maintain accurate records, log exams, and verify patient identification Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures, alleviate concerns, and ensure comfort Monitor imaging equipment for proper functioning and promptly report any issues Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of diagnostic results Practice within all safety, regulatory, and facility standards
