This is your opportunity to learn directly from seasoned professionals who are passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers. You'll assist with detailed design plans, gain hands-on experience with roadway and local infrastructure projects, and build a strong foundation for your career— all while making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Required Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program for Civil Engineering Sophomore year required work completed in May 2027 Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills General understanding of engineering plans and documents Ability to effectively work independently or with a team

Preferred Qualifications:
