Job Description

About the position: The Revit Designer will be responsible for reading architectural plans and creating preliminary layouts and detailed installation plans to ensure they meet company and industry standards. The Revit Designer should be a self-starter with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems. This is a full time, in person position with benefits including: Medical, Retirement, and Vacation.

We are a Burlington County based manufacturer of a technical building product, B to B. We service many industries including military, corporate, higher education, healthcare, and many others throughout North America and globally.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree 2 years CAD experience. Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) preferred. 2 years Revit experience Ability to create and modify Revit families Ability to interpret architectural drawings Working knowledge of drafting standards Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and sketches to prepare preliminary layouts and detailed installation plans ensuring they meet company and industry standards. Work in AutoCAD, Revit, and SolidWorks according to company procedures. Modify existing drawings per engineering markups. Maintain, create, and follow checklists to ensure consistency and quality of work. Provide progress reports on a regular basis. Revit and CAD drafting support for associates and project managers during the planning, design, and construction phases of various projects. This is a full time, in-person position with Benefits including: Health, Retirement, and Vacation. Salary Range is $65,000 - 75,000 annually. Additional consideration given to exceptional candidates.
