Job Description
We are looking for someone who has experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D who is interested in starting a career in land surveying. You will work directly with one of our Land Survey Project Managers and receive full training to use AutoCAD Civil 3D to plot deeds, analyze data, and other surveying tasks. No prior survey experience is required — just a technical background, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering property records, deeds, and maps Plot deeds and prepare survey-related documents with guidance Support analysis and other technical tasks Learn and apply surveying methods and software tools Help organize and manage project dataQualifications:
Must be able to commute to our Edison, NJ office 5 days a week College degree with studies in a technical or mathematical field a plus (any related major considered) Interest in land surveying and building a long-term career Comfortable working with data and learning new software (CAD/GIS is a plus but not required) Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learnBenefits:
