Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant who can combine design expertise with strong sales ability. This role involves working directly with walk-in clients, developing design concepts, and guiding projects from initial consultation through final sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients in showroom to understand needs, style, and budget Design kitchens and bathrooms using industry software (e.g., 2020 Design, Chief Architect, or similar) Prepare layouts, product selections, and proposals Sell cabinetry, countertops, and related products Manage client relationships and follow up on leads Coordinate with contractors, installers, and vendors

Qualifications:

Experience in kitchen and bath design and/or showroom sales Proficiency in design software (2020 Design preferred) Strong sales and closing skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of cabinetry, materials, and layout principles

Compensation:

Base salary + commission (high earning potential) Performance-based incentives
