Cipriani Remodeling Solutions is looking for a Remodeling Designer to join our award-winning design-build team in South Jersey. This role is ideal for someone who loves residential design, enjoys working directly with homeowners, and has the confidence to guide clients from the first conversation through a signed remodeling agreement. This is not a behind-the-desk design position. Our Remodeling Designers meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, listen to their goals, create thoughtful design solutions, and help them make confident decisions about their home. Watch this short video about the role: https://youtu.be/ekyU_Psvfd0 What You'll Do As a Remodeling Designer, you will: Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified homeowners each week in their homes Learn about their lifestyle, needs, budget, and remodeling goals Design kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and whole-home renovations Create functional layouts and visual concepts using design software Guide homeowners through our proven design-build process Present project solutions, pricing, and next steps with confidence Collaborate with estimators, project managers, production, and trade partners Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing professional development Help ensure each project is clearly defined before it moves into production What We Provide Qualified leads only — no cold calling or door knocking A proven sales and design process developed over 48 years Laptop, CRM, design software, 3D camera, and scanning tools Estimating, production, and project management support A strong local brand with a trusted reputation in South Jersey Weekly training, coaching, and team collaboration Flexibility between office, home, and client appointments Adaptable schedule What You Bring We are looking for someone who is: Confident speaking with homeowners and presenting ideas A strong listener who can uncover needs and build trust Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple opportunities Comfortable discussing budgets, timelines, and project expectations Creative, practical, and able to design with both beauty and buildability in mind Team-oriented and willing to follow a proven process Experienced in sales, remodeling, design, construction, or a related field Experience with Chief Architect, AutoCAD, 20/20, or similar design software is a plus.
