Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our passionate team. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' dreams into reality by leading the design and development of exceptional residential projects from concept through to construction. Your creativity, technical expertise, and commitment to quality will be critical in delivering exceptional architectural solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications Utilizing Revit Perform Field measure ups and create As Built drawings Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and building codes to continuously enhance design quality and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Experience working on residential projects, including new builds and renovations. Proficiency in Revit. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction methodologies. Exceptional design and problem-solving skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of successful residential projects. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly. A keen eye for detail, ensuring that designs are executed with precision and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team while also taking ownership of projects independently. Ability to take a project from inception to completion. Must be able to communicate with clients in a professional manner. This is an in office position only.
