Job Description:

Pennoni is hiring! In particular, we are looking for a Site/Civil CAD Designer to contribute to our projects on a full-time, direct basis at our office in Princeton, NJ.

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform CAD Drafting while utilizing survey field data. Prepare Site/Civil drawings including grading, utility and E&S plans. Prepare various forms of site/civil details and exhibits. Provide office support; this includes performing area, slope and volume computations. Ensure scheduling and productivity objectives are achieved. Field work (on an as-needed basis) observing construction and assisting surveyors.

Basic Requirements:

High School Diploma (or equivalent). 5+ years of professional experience or post high school education in Civil Design and/or Civil Drafting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with engineering CADD tools; experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus! Proficiency on all standard Microsoft Office software applications. Proven ability to perform and engage in physically-demanding work, especially manual labor in a field-based capacity. Proven ability to utilize technical mathematics. Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision. Proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments. Excellent communication skills (verbal & written); proven active listening skills is a plus!

TARGET HOURLY RANGE
