Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm No weekends
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of acute hospital experience Current and active New Jersey Physical Therapist (PT) license by the start date Valid BLS certification
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment, prioritizing patient-centered care and evidence-based practice Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to form comprehensive care plans Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to discharge planning Educate patients and families about rehabilitation techniques and ongoing therapy needs
