Designer Location:

Trenton, NJ (On-Site) This job will have the following responsibilities: Translate ideas, measurements, and customer requirements into accurate, sustainable designs. Assist with prototypes, project cost estimates, and test builds for new products. Work with production teams to ensure designs are feasible, efficient, and optimized for manufacturing. Maintain drawing files, revision histories, and documentation. Support R D, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Participate in design reviews and collaborate with sales, operations, and quality as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience with CAD software is required. Proficiency in ArtiosCAD is preferred; however, experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or Inventor is also welcome. Strong mechanical aptitude, comfortable with measurements, tolerances, and layouts. Ability to visualize and design physical structures. Attention to detail and good documentation habits. Strong aptitude for numbers and precise measurements. Prior packaging or manufacturing experience is preferred.
