Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Cabinetry Sales Designer specializing in Wood-Mode and premium cabinetry solutions . This role requires a strong balance of sales expertise, technical cabinetry knowledge, and hands-on project coordination. The ideal candidate is confident working directly with homeowners, builders, and installers while managing projects from initial consultation through final installation. Key Responsibilities Sell premium cabinetry solutions, including Wood-Mode products Meet with clients, builders, and contractors to understand design goals, budgets, and timelines Perform on-site measurements and create accurate drawings and layouts Design kitchens and cabinetry using ProKitchen and/or CAD software Ensure designs meet industry standards, building codes, and best practices Coordinate closely with installers, builders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle Communicate clearly with clients regarding design limitations, realistic modifications, and alternative solutions Identify achievable design modifications versus requests that are not structurally or technically feasible Oversee orders, specifications, revisions, and project documentation Maintain a high level of customer service from initial sale through project completion Required Qualifications Proven experience selling custom or semi-custom cabinetry , preferably high-end brands Strong understanding of cabinetry design standards and construction Experience taking accurate site measurements and creating detailed drawings Proficiency in ProKitchen, CAD, or similar design software Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with installers, builders, and clients Knowledge of practical cabinetry modifications and realistic design solutions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and sales skills Preferred Qualifications Experience selling Wood-Mode cabinetry Background in kitchen and bath design Familiarity with residential construction processes Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Why Join Us Work with a premium cabinetry brand known for quality and craftsmanship Collaborative and professional work environment Opportunity for growth and strong earning potential Direct involvement in high-end residential projects

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
