$50,000•$65,000 (DOE) About the Role Richardson Wetzel Architects (RWA) is seeking an Architectural Drafter with strong Revit and AutoCAD experience to support the production of construction documents for commercial and industrial projects. This is an in-office position within a fast-paced architecture firm, ideal for someone detail-oriented who enjoys producing accurate, code-compliant drawings and working closely with architects and engineers. Key Responsibilities Prepare and revise construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD Produce architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections, details) Implement redlines and perform thorough back-checking Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers Ensure drawings meet building codes, ADA requirements, and standards Maintain organized project files and drawing sets Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience as an Architectural Drafter or Architectural Designer Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Experience producing construction documents (CD sets) Understanding of building codes and construction processes Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial architecture, healthcare, or industrial projects Familiarity with SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop Degree in Architecture or related field Benefits Health insurance (employer subsidized) 401(k) with 4% employer match + profit sharing Paid time off and holidays Professional development support Why Work Here Work on high-profile projects including Las Vegas stadium developments Join a small, collaborative architecture firm where your work is visible Opportunity to grow into Job Captain or Project Manager roles How to Apply Submit your resume and portfolio via Indeed or email
