Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Architectural Designer/Project Manager to lead innovative architectural projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities Lead the development of conceptual and detailed architectural designs using Autodesk Revit to produce compelling visualizations and accurate construction drawings. Manage all phases of project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, construction estimating, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and seamless project execution. Oversee the preparation of construction documentation that complies with building code regulations, accessibility standards, and sustainability principles. Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to optimize design workflows, improve accuracy in construction detail documentation, and support construction management activities. Conduct building code analysis and ensure all designs meet local building code compliance and construction regulatory requirements. Develop compelling renderings and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders. Support business development efforts by preparing proposals, participating in client meetings, and identifying new project opportunities through strategic networking. Skills Revit for drafting and detailed documentation. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and experience integrating eco-friendly solutions into projects. Expertise in construction estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, and construction management processes. Familiarity with construction accessibility regulations and building code analysis to ensure compliance across diverse project types. Excellent negotiation skills for vendor relations and contract discussions with clients or contractors. Ability to produce high-quality renderings and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite for presentations or marketing materials. Experience with construction detail documentation for renovation projects or new builds within complex regulatory environments. Strong understanding of building information modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit for integrated project delivery workflows. Effective project management skills including coordination of multidisciplinary teams from concept through construction completion. $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
