Job Description

We are dedicated to shaping city skylines and building vibrant residential communities through innovative design, meticulous technical planning, and architectural excellence. As an Senior Architectural Design Manager / Project Manager, you will lead our high-rise residential projects from conceptual design through construction documentation, ensuring they are designed on schedule, within scope, and to our exacting quality standards. You will serve as the central point of contact, coordinating closely with developers, structural engineers, consultants, and municipal authorities to drive the successful design and permitting of our large-scale multifamily developments.
