Architectural Drafter

Duties Develop detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SketchUp, and Civil 3D Create comprehensive schematics and construction documents that meet project specifications and building codes Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to refine design details and resolve drafting challenges Prepare accurate technical drawings for various phases of project development, from conceptual design to construction documentation Utilize NavisWorks for clash detection and coordination of complex building systems in 3D models Assist in developing mechanical design schematics and integrating them into architectural plans Support the creation of 2D animation visuals for client presentations or project walkthroughs Requirements Proven experience with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SketchUp, NavisWorks, and SolidWorks Strong understanding of architectural drafting standards and construction practices Knowledge of mechanical design principles and schematic development Familiarity with 2D animation techniques for visual presentations is a plus Ability to interpret architectural blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills Effective communication skills to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Join us if you're ready to elevate architectural designs through precise drafting and innovative visualization!
