To find out more about our firm experience, culture, and commitment to developing great designers, visit https://www.rlba.com/careers/ The Opportunity We are looking for a creative, passionate and energetic Interior Designer to take on roles in our commercial, retail, and civic work at our Cleveland office. This individual would complete pre-design, programming, design, construction documentation, and construction administration tasks. The ideal candidate is resourceful and inquisitive, has a passion for great design, wants to help foster long-term client relationships through exemplary service, and believes that projects should be tailored to the client's needs. We are looking for candidates with a range of experience, with opportunities for mid-career designers, and senior-level professionals.
Other preferred qualifications include:
A professional degree NCIDQ registration, or pursuit of registration 2 years of previous design experience Proficiency in design software including REVIT and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Rhino and real-time rendering packages is also appreciated. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and reviewing authorities. Attention to detail. Effectively be able to research construction techniques, millwork methodology, building code, and FFE. Experience in all phases of design. Flexibility for Travel. Experience within any or all of our sectors of practice, including commercial and public. Benefits Bowen offers competitive salaries (commensurate with skill level and experience) in a supportive and cooperative environment. The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,275 - $91,225. Our ESOP program grants shares of ownership to all vested employees with no individual contribution or expense.
