What you'll take on Surface prep: clean, sand, and prime for durable adhesion.

Color work:

mix and match to reach exact tones and finishes.

Application:

use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment for even coverage.

Quality checks:

review completed work and make adjustments as needed.

Organization:

maintain tools and keep the workspace orderly.

Safety:

follow established procedures to keep yourself and others safe. What it takes to succeed At least 2 years as a painter or in a comparable role. Knowledge of techniques, tools, and materials used in professional painting. Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team. A meticulous eye and commitment to doing it right the first time. Strong time management and reliability in meeting deadlines. Stamina to handle the physical aspects of the job. High school diploma or equivalent; additional painting credentials are advantageous. Work schedule options
