We're hiring recent graduates with 0-3 years of experience for ou South Florida team, working on larger-scale commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily projects. You'll produce drawings alongside experienced staff and the project architect, learn how buildings actually get documented and built, and log AXP experience across practice areas on your path toward licensure — with mentorship built into how our teams run. What You'll Do Produce drawings in Revit for schematic design, design development, and construction document packages under direct supervision Assist with design studies, diagrams, renderings, and presentation materials Pick up redline revisions and maintain drawing sets to Built Form standards Assist with code, zoning, and accessibility research Participate in site documentation, including existing conditions, field measurements, and photo surveys Support project teams with area calculations, product research, and consultant document management What You'll Bring Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) — required 0-3 years of professional experience; internship experience welcome Working proficiency in Revit; exposure to AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office Strong graphic, communication, and organizational skills Enrollment in NCARB's AXP, or intent to pursue licensure, encouraged Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $52,000 - $62,000 per year, commensurate with experience, skills, and studio location Hybrid schedule with remote-work flexibility (eligibility based on performance and experience) Health and dental insurance Paid time off 401(k) Professional development assistance Bonus pay Referral program How to Apply Send your resume and a portfolio or work samples (PDF preferred), We review every application and respond to all candidates.
