Job Description

Architectural Designer Employer:
Maplewood, NJ, US (remote possible)
Location:
Thu, Oct 1 '26 Posted on: $70,000 - $100,000annually
Pay:
Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Architectural Designer with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in residential architecture. You will be guided through our defined design methodology, learning high-end residential practice and historic preservation constraints. You will work with a thoughtful, interdependent team to create homes that exceed client expectations.
Qualifications Education:
B.Arch or M.Arch degree from an accredited program.
Experience:
2-5 years experience, ideally focused on high-end residential and traditional period styles.
Technical Skills:
High proficiency in AutoCAD. Strong hand-sketching or presentation skills are highly valued.
Knowledge:
Familiar with residential building codes, field measuring, wood frame construction, and drawing standards.
Traits:
Mature, responsible, dependable, process-driven, and client-service oriented.
Logistics:
