The ideal candidate will contribute to our clients projects by providing detailed CAD drawings. This includes the ability to do detailed linework, annotations, and site plan detailing for a variety of residential projects from decks, awnings, interior remodels, additions, and custom homes. Past experience in these areas required. Duties Develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect Utilize Bluebeam for documentation purposes. Design projects to specific code requirements. Requirements Proven proficiency with CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, or Chief Architect Strong skills in schematics creation, drafting, system design, interior design. Knowledge of construction processes and building codes is preferred. (We will assist in this) Ability to produce precise technical drawings and detailed schematics for various architectural projects. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. Knowledge or the ability to learn where to find information online for site plan information and general code requirements.
