Architectural Project Manager / Designer (Must Reside In the Nashville Area) Meridian Architecture is growing and seeking a talented Architectural Project Manager/Designer to join our team. This remote position is ideal for motivated professionals who want the flexibility of working from home while staying hands-on with exciting commercial, municipal, education, and healthcare projects across Middle Tennessee. Candidates must reside in the Nashville, TN area or surrounding suburbs. While most of the work is remote, occasional site visits and field measurements are required within the region. What you'll do: Lead projects from concept through construction across a diverse range of building types and scales. Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to deliver high-quality, code-compliant design solutions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction. Communication with client, colleagues, and team Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Architecture Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skill Strong experience with Revit and developing complex construction document sets Strong experience with coordinating and creating construction documents sets including: detailing, wall sections, building sections, etc. Software Revit 2026
