Duties Develop comprehensive construction drawings and detailed documentation using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and 3ds Max. Create accurate 3D models and renderings for architectural visualization using tools like SketchUp, Grasshopper 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite. Perform building code analysis and ensure all designs adhere to local construction accessibility regulations and building code compliance standards. Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to support project management efforts. Collaborate on sustainable design initiatives by integrating eco-friendly materials and energy-efficient solutions into architectural concepts. Prepare construction detail documentation that clearly communicates design intent for contractors and builders. Support business development activities by preparing presentations, proposals, and client meetings that showcase innovative design solutions. Qualifications Proven experience in architectural design demonstrating expertise in construction drawings, 3D modeling, and renderings. Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, SketchUp, and 3ds Max. Knowledge of building information modeling (BIM) tools and construction regulatory compliance standards. Familiarity with construction management processes such as contracts, project scheduling, budgeting, and construction detail documentation. Experience with sustainable design principles and building code analysis for various types of projects. Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with clients and contractors. background in interior design is highly desirable to enhance project understanding from concept through completion.
