Job Title:
BIM Designer Job Description We are seeking an experienced BIM Designer to join our dynamic team. This role requires the application of technical and practical engineering coordination skills in a BIM environment. You will deliver project BIM models, coordinate with project partners, and ensure project standards are maintained on all deliverables. Responsibilities Coordinate BIM information across disciplines and elements of the project. Resolve complex technical modeling and drafting issues. Mentor and guide team members in their development and provide modeling guidance. Monitor and guide BIM processes using tools like BIM 360 and Trimble Connect. Liaise with the project team and consultants to review BIM models and make necessary amendments. Essential Skills 5 years of BIM Design experience for Infrastructure projects. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software. Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows. Advanced 3D CAD/BIM modeling experience, particularly in civil engineering, infrastructure, or rail projects. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field preferred. Experience can substitute for degree if proven. Experience with design in infrastructure projects, civil 3D, and rail projects. Familiarity with Navisworks. Work Environment Join a close-knit team of 32 professionals, reporting to a team of 15-20 including BIM Designers, CAD Technicians, and Engineers. You will support heavy marine, bridge, and rail projects. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $64.77/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
