Lynk Engineers is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler to help develop accurate Revit models and coordinated construction documents for mechanical building systems. Our projects span commercial, healthcare, education, civic, hospitality, industrial, and mission critical facilities. In this role, you'll work closely with mechanical engineers, designers, architects, and other project team members to model HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. We're looking for someone with strong Revit skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to project work. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain mechanical BIM models using Autodesk Revit. Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and piping layouts, schedules, details, and construction documents under the direction of engineers and designers. Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and technology disciplines. Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews, and help resolve identified conflicts. Update models and drawings to reflect design revisions, RFI responses, and coordination comments. Follow established BIM standards, templates, and modeling practices. Support field verification, site visits, and construction coordination as needed. Maintain organized project files and communicate progress to help meet project deadlines. Review work for accuracy, consistency, and coordination with other disciplines. Required Qualifications Proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a project team. Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in drafting, BIM, engineering technology, or a related field. Two or more years of BIM modeling or drafting experience within the architecture, engineering, and construction industry. Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. Experience supporting commercial or institutional building projects, including healthcare or mission critical facilities. Experience with AutoCAD, Navisworks or other clash detection tools, and BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud. Familiarity with applicable mechanical and plumbing codes and standards. Experience supporting construction administration or field coordination.
