Transform the everyday with us The Electrical Products (EP) Business Unit offers a full range of low-voltage power distribution and control products that deliver safe, reliable, and efficient electrical solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. We are looking for a Busway Drafter to join our team! This position will be based at our Roebuck, SC manufacturing plant. The Busway Drafter position is responsible for completing semi-complex design models & drawings for customer approval & installation of Busway. The candidate will report to the Engineering Supervisor and will have no direct reports. You will make an impact by : Collaborating with the Order Management & Engineering teams to review and interpret customer design requirements for busway electrical distribution systems. Create customer approval drawings based on customer & system requirements. Learn and apply knowledge of Siemens products and processes to determine an Itemized bill of materials of the busway system. Work and communicate in a team driven environment. Create the record layout drawing and itemized list for use in customer installation. Prioritize workload independently for effective time management. Participate in onsite visitations to help customers design and/or troubleshoot busway system layout. You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: Basic Qualifications Associates Technical Degree Experience with 2D and 3D modeling Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office applications). Ability to work in a hybrid office / remote environment Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience Experience with Electrical Products such as Busway, Panels and/or Switchboards SAP Experience Experience in a manufacturing environment 3D Revit experience

The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
