This is an excellent opportunity for a civil engineering professional who enjoys working on a diverse range of public and private projects while gaining hands-on experience alongside licensed professionals. Position Overview Our team works on a wide variety of civil engineering projects, including athletic fields and recreational facilities, parks, water and wastewater treatment facilities, green stormwater infrastructure, stormwater collection improvements, utility systems, roadways, streetscapes, and residential and commercial land development projects. The position will support projects for municipal clients as well as private-sector developments throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities The selected candidate will:

Work independently as well as collaboratively within multi-disciplinary project teams. Support a variety of public and private engineering projects. Work directly with licensed professional engineers and other design professionals. Prepare engineering designs, construction plans, specifications, and permit applications. Assist with State and County permitting requirements. Prepare grant applications and supporting documentation for municipal clients. Contribute to project development from initial design through construction documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification is desired but not required. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil engineering design. Experience preparing bid documents, including plans and specifications. Experience with estimating and permitting. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage deadlines. Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a multi-disciplinary team. A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to take on a variety of responsibilities in a busy professional environment. Strong communication skills and a professional, easy-going demeanor.
